For women, a career in medicine can be very rewarding. As five female physicians, we know this is true. We all came together while attending Georgetown University School of Medicine during 1992-1997.
We entered into medicine because we each had a dream to help others, explore our love of science, and become financially stable. Even with all the rewards of medicine, there are frustrations as well.
